EOT

EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) Crane

This is most common type of overhead crane, used in most factories. As obvious from name, these cranes are electrically operated by a control pendant, radio/IR remote pendant or from an operator cabin attached with the crane itself.

1. Single  girder

Single Girder  Crane, Simply speaking, The main beam of a single girder crane is one single beam,  Secondly, its different  lifting mechanism, normally there is a hoist running one the single beam to carry and lift load

Applications: Single girder overhead crane is normally used in light duty load (20ton) lifting and short operation time (6 hours).

2.Double girder

Double Girder Crane , Simply speaking main beams of a double girder crane are two. Secondly, double girder crane has two types: QD and LH, trolley are running on the double girder for both types, nevertheless, QD trolley uses a winch as lifting mechanism while LH trolley uses hoists, see below comparison picture:

Applications: Double girder normally used in heavy duty load(above 20 ton) and long time operation(8 hours or above)

HOT Cranes

We offer an extensive range of HOT Cranes that is manufactured using quality components as per the industry norms & standards. These cranes have high resistant to vibrations and are durable, robust and reliable.

We are proficient in manufacturing Hot Crane that allows a safe and efficient lifting of heavy material loads. Finding an application in factories and construction companies, it allows an easy access in all directions. Offering a high performance, the crane is durable as well. Manufactured using advanced production techniques it ensures the hassle-free operations. Highly reliable in nature, it is durable as well.

UNDERSLUNG CRANES

We manufacture an extensive range of underslung cranes; these are widely used in applications where the headrooms available are limited or the process requirements cannot allow any other means of supporting the crane

JIB CRANES

A jib crane is a type of crane where a horizontal member (jib or boom), supporting a moveable hoist, is fixed to a wall or to a floor-mounted pillar. Jib cranes are used in industrial premises and on military vehicles. The jib may swing through an arc, to give additional lateral movement, or be fixed. Similar cranes, often known simply as hoists, were fitted on the top floor of warehouse buildings to enable goods to be lifted to all floors.

GANTRY  CRANES

A single beam (mono-girder) or two beams (twin-girder). The crane frame is supported on a gantry system with equalized beams and wheels that run on the gantry rail, usually perpendicular to the trolley travel direction.  It can move very heavy loads, particularly the extremely large examples used in shipyards or industrial installations.
